Support services

Our resources are focussed around ensuring we can meet our customers’ contract manufacturing needs and order fulfilment.

Customer Service
Our customer service team is happy to process your orders and schedules, provide documentation, keep you updated on delivery dates and advise on delivery options. They work closely with our team of account managers to ensure that your specific needs are met.

Planning
Our planning team utilises the MRP modules of our ERP planning system to optimise the scheduling of the 100's of orders managed annually across our production facilities.

Purchasing
Our purchasing team is responsible for procurement of raw materials and componentry driven by requirements from our MRP system. It is also responsible for developing our supplier base to ensure that they can meet our needs in terms of responsiveness, quality, cost, lead-times and correct documentation as well as providing innovative ingredients.

Warehousing/Logistics
Our warehouse occupies 3600 sq m and includes 1500 pallet spaces for incoming materials and outgoing finished products. We have a dedicated sampling room for raw materials and packaging, and our storage area includes a temperature controlled room.

Finished products are wrapped and palletised before despatch. With excellent proximity to the motorway network, two international airports and both rail and sea-freight hubs, our logistics team can arrange fast delivery to worldwide destinations.

Not least, our finance and IT teams complete our resources by supporting our business and ensuring we have the suitable transactional and documentation systems.
